Sharp honey wings

Even if you don’t really like chicken wings, try to cook them according to this recipe. I’m sure you will change your opinion. And we will cook wings under an acute honey sauce.

To prepare sharp honey wings, we need a very small list of products:

1 kg of chicken wings

200 ml of 10%cream

8 tbsp. l. Freshly disclosed mustard

2 hours. l. Curry seasonings

4 tbsp. l. liquid honey

5-6 cloves of garlic salt, pepper

Rinse chicken wings under cold water and let them dry a little on paper towels.

Mix finely chopped garlic with salt. Grate chicken wings with this mixture and let them lay down for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200 °. Put chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake them for 40-45 minutes. From time to time, do not forget to water the wings with the release juice.

While the wings are baked in the oven, we prepare a sharp honey sauce for them.

We take cream, carry, mustard, slightly ground black pepper and salt, honey. All well mixed until a homogeneous consistency.

Note: Given that even liquid honey has a characteristic viscosity and does not very willingly mix with cream, it is better to use a mixer or blender for mixing.

Without removing wings from a baking sheet, we cover them with a cooked sharp honey sauce. We clean the oven again and cook for another 20-30 minutes.

Separate the chopped fresh or pickled ginger separately to the finished wings (some love hotter!) and fresh greens.

And boil or bake the potato on the side dish.
