Method of preparation:

– From the head, fish tail and other scraps of salmon, broth is cooked, in which you will need to add a little bay leaf and pepper peppercorns.

– The finished fish broth is filtered, this is done using gauze. The remains of meat are removed from the boiled parts of the salmon, which are subsequently added to the broth. Fish waste is thrown away.

– salty cucumbers and onion previously cleaned from the husk are finely cut, and fried in a frying pan with a small amount of plant oil oil.

– Tomato paste is added to the fried cucumbers with onions, and they continue to fry together.

– fish fillet is cut into medium -sized pieces.

– A purified and finely cut potato, a roast of vegetables and tomato paste is added to the pan with the prepared broth, the broth must be brought to a boil. Pieces of salmon fillets are added to the boiled soup. The soup is cooked until the salmon is ready and potatoes.

– When the fish and potatoes are cooked, olives are added to the pan along with the marinade from the jar. After that, the soup must be salt and add paprika. Solyanka comes to a boil.

– After the hodgepodge boils the lemon cut into thin slices, and lays down in the pan. The plate turns off, the pan is covered with a lid, now you need to let the hodgepodge infuse a little.
