Traditionally, two days a week were “fish”. Those who did not like fish, these days tried to take something like sausages or sausages, but the fish were expanded. Cold water, onion and bones with remains of meat – in a pan and on fire. Boil-salt and cook for five or seven minutes. Strain and put on fire again. Add celery, onions and carrots and cook for five minutes – seven minutes.

In parallel, in another pan, we put the washed prepared mussels, fill it with cold water and cook after boiling for five minutes. Do not salt. We throw back in a colander and put with vegetables in the broth. Cook for another ten minutes. Serve with greens of parsley, dill and chopped green onion, you can squeeze the juice of the slice of lemon. Such soup can be eaten even in the Diet of Protasov, from the third week and this is definitely healthy food – there is no oil or cereal.

Three portions are needed: tail and bones from about a kilogram flounder, one small carrot, a gram of thirty celery root, a couple of small bulbs, two hundred grams of ice cream of mussels, three to five stems of green onions, the same number of parsley and dill branches and dill.
