The benefits of cheese are undeniable: it supplies a large amount of calcium and protein to the body. Calcium takes care of durable bones and healthy teeth. Protein is important for muscles, it makes us healthy, strengthens the immune system. In addition, cheese contains a sufficient amount of vitamins A and B. Vitamin A is necessary for vision, vitamin B strengthens the nervous system, improves the skin.

However, the cheese has a motto: better – less. Otherwise, the useful product itself will lead to the formation of fats in the body. Soft and unexpected cheeses containing 50% fat can be consumed 2 times a week, a maximum of 100 grams. Everyone who monitors their figure and cholesterol level should beware of solid cheeses, since they have the largest fat content. It is best to prefer Kamamber or Edam cheese containing only 16% fat, or low -fat varieties with 0.1% fat.

For healthy people of normal physique, the recommended amount of cheese per day is 2 – 3 thinly chopped slice, eaten, for example, with a morning sandwich. If you adhere to such a dosage, then you can afford cheeses with a high fat content.

Anyone who wants to protect himself from osteoporosis should eat such varieties of cheeses such as Parmesan, Emmental cheese or “mountain” cheese containing the largest amount of calcium.
