Freeze raw minced meat
It is important that you freeze fresh minced meat on the day of purchase and as soon as possible. It is best to freeze in small portions so that after defrosting, immediately use everything. For freezing, use bags, but not jars. As little air should remain in the package, as oxygen spoils the meat even at low temperatures. The packed portion must be covered with a plate or pressed with a board, then the meat will be frozen faster, and it will be better to thaw. On a bag, write down the freezing date. The minced meat can be stored in the freezer up to 6 months.
