60 ml of olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves

35 grams of dried bread crumbs
One tomato
How to cook baked mussels:
First, clean the mussels and remove all the fibers.
After that, take a large pan, pour water into it and throw mussels there.
Cover with a lid and set to cook on strong fire for about three minutes or until the wings do not open.
Then we take out the mussels and dry.
Next, we open the sash and select the mussels, leaving one half of the sash.
We take a separate dish and mix the meat of mussels, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic and olive oil.
We must get a homogeneous paste.
We put the paste in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Then we lay the half of the wings on a baking sheet, lay out the resulting paste in them.
We clean the tomato from the skin, remove the seeds, finely cut and mix with part of the bread crumbs.
We cover the “stuffed” halves of the wings and put in the oven to be baked in a heavily mixture. Mussels are baked for about 5 minutes, but you can get it earlier, as soon as we notice, the surface has become brownish-golden color.
Baked mussels, preparing according to this recipe is better three hours before serving to the table.
