Culinary masterpieces.
Recently finished repair in the kitchen. And according to all the rules, so that the interesting and ultra -modern interior would serve for a very long time, decide, so to speak, to “add” it: to set the table, invite friends and drink vodka a little. Here in me the true cook woke up, I wanted to cook something to surprise everyone.
Without much racking his head on the question of what to cook, I decided to stop on meat and just bake it in the oven. Now it is somehow not customary to cook such simple dishes, they use the purchased more and more, even the lard and then serve store, smoked to the table. But there is so much all kinds of inedibility!
Well, having rummaged on the Internet, I found a couple of interesting recipes, I modernized them a little, as it seemed to me, for the better and enthusiastically set about business. First, went to the store.
For the preparation of baked meat, it took:
Low -fat pork – 1 whole piece, it is desirable that there be smaller fat and fat there.
Garlic – 1 head
Lemon 2 pieces
Onion 3pcs medium size
Spices – here I decided not to rack my head for a long time, I bought a ready -made set of Caucasian spices.
Salt and pepper to taste.
The first thing we should do is to stuff the meat with garlic (pierce it with a knife and insert the garlic into the resulting hole). Then we prepare the marinade. We cut the bulbs into four parts and pass through the meat grinder, squeeze the juice of two lemons there, add salt and pepper to taste and water the meat with all this “wild” mixture and forget about it for an hour, after clogging it in the pan.
After an hour, we spread on foil, sprinkle abundantly a baked piece with the acquired mixture from the Caucasian spices. We wrap it in foil and put in the oven. We bake over low heat (I won’t say the temperature, my son broke off a thermometer) for about an hour (it all depends on the size of a piece of meat). It is necessary to observe, pierce the meat with a knife so that the sucker does not flow out of it. As soon as the sucker stops flowing down, turn off the fire and leave the meat in the oven for 20 minutes so that it comes to condition.
After half an hour I decided to remove the sample. I will tell you the smell, I stood stunning, I all proceeded with saliva … feverish movements of my hands, unwind hot foil and eat the aroma of the prepared dish. The result exceeded all my expectations! Now it remains only to shift the baked piece of meat into a plate. Here I was a little lucky, as a result of manipulations with two forks, this miracle of culinary art was on a new laminated floor.
I stood and watched with annoyance as a fat spot quickly spreads on the new floor, it was insulting not only for meat, but also for the new floor. What to do? I have to learn to lay a laminate, because the master is busy, and guests come tomorrow… With your own hands, laying a laminate was a success, as it turned out, there was nothing complicated in it. As they say, there is no thin one without good, but I learned to lay a laminate! Oh yes, I completely forgot to say that the meat tastes to the incomparable, delicate, and the aroma of Caucasian spices gave it a unique taste.
