Apple pies are very tasty, have crispy dough and spicy, fragrant filling. I recommend trying, you can’t describe words).
Ingredients:
Flour – 260 grams
Soft cheese (Chedder) – 110 grams
25 grams of sugar
150 grams of cold butter
Apple – 500 grams
Five tablespoons of cold water
¼ teaspoon of salt
One teaspoon of cinnamon
One tablespoon of lemon juice
Cream
Vanilla sugar (to taste)
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
How to cook apple pies:
Mix the flour with salt.
Rub cheese on a fine grater and then add it to flour, mix.
Chop the cold butter on the pieces.
Then mix it with flour and make a baby.
Gradually add water, mix, wrap the dough into a film and put in the refrigerator for one hour.
Mine and clean the apples, remove the middle, cut into cubes.
Add lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla sugar, nutmeg.
Mix everything.
Up to 200s, heat the oven.
Take out the dough, roll out the layer with a thickness of about 3 mm, with a glass we cut out circles.
Put the filling in the center of each circle and sculpt pies.
Lubricate the pies and sprinkle with sugar. (I used sour cream)
We put apple pies in the oven for 20-25 minutes, this is how much time will need that they are browned.
