Amber chicken with sesame seeds

Amber chicken with sesame seeds

Ingredients: 1 cup of flour1/2 glasses of fried sesame seeds1 teaspoon of black pepper1 teaspoon of the Chinese mixture of five spices1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper (optional) 5 (170 g) halves of chicken breast, without skin, without bones, cut into pieces of 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil1 /2 onions, cut with wedges1/2 cups of green Bulgarian pepper, peeled from seeds and thinly chopped 2 tablespoons

Preparation:

In a large plastic bag, mix flour, 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, black pepper, powder with five spices and red pepper. Place several pieces of chicken in a bag and shake it to cover. Transfer to a dish. Repeat with the remaining.

Heating oil in a large pan or voca over medium heat. Put the chicken in the pan, and fry to brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside. Mix the onion of the wedge and slices of pepper in the pan, cook until it is slightly browned, about 2 minutes. Remove and put aside.

Return the chicken to the pan and reduce the fire to a minimum. Add teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup of sesame seeds and honey, mix until the sauce thickens. Return onions and sweet pepper in a pan. Heat and serve.

This dish is already very tasty, but you can make several changes to your taste. For example, increase the amount of flour and replace five spices with a packing of a honey-derivative mixture of seasonings, which is easy to find in the eastern section of the supermarket. You can also use broccoli and carrots, not onions and pepper.
