Characteristics of the extract:

Products obtained on the installation of hops extraction with carbon dioxide in supercritical conditions are extracts of bitter and aromatic varieties of hops. Due to its high and sustainable quality, produced hop extracts, satisfy the highest requirements of consumers – brewerous, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Confirmation of their excellent quality is a high assessment of specialized laboratories, Polish and foreign auditors, as well as breweries in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany.

Under the ultracritic excess extraction, most of the pesticides and heavy metals contained in hop. Extracts from 02 contain less solid resins, which excludes the “remaining bitterness” and improves the taste of beer. The use of extracts in the process of brewing provides a higher (by about 25%) degree of use of bitter substances compared to granular hops.

C02 extracts retain unchanged properties for many years, unlike granular hops, which is aging during storage. The use of hops extracts C02 in the brewerous industry guarantees the preservation of the standard, constant quality of beer. Using hop extracts, breweries can make beer with characteristic taste properties for a long time. Produced bitter and aromatic extracts are used by famous international breweries, such as Nineekn, Sab-Miller and many Polish factories.
