White beans and smoked knuckle soup

I really respect the different soups-puree on the basis of legumes. They give an excellent creamy consistency and the ability not to use potatoes. You can enrich the taste of soup with other low -calorie vegetables, so that potatoes will not be needed at all…And the soup will be easy to digest and delicious!

For the preparation of a soup, you will need: pork smoked knuckle on bones (remove excess fat)

– 600 g broth

– 2.5 l beans white in dry form

– 250 g onions

– 150 g onions are the white part

– 50 g garlic – 1 large clove of zucchini

– 450 g color cabbage frozen

– 200 g salt

Preparation:

Soak beans for the night in cold water. Pour water before cooking, rinse the beans. Boil the pork sister for 1 hour with the addition of bay leaf and black pepper with peas. Remove it from the broth, separate the meat from the bone, cut into small pieces, put in a bowl. Spice to remove the broth. Pour 2.5 l of broth into a suitable pan for cooking a soup. Pour the beans and cook until soft. Zucchini, onions, garlic, cabbage to put out in olive oil with a slight addition of water. 20 minutes before the beans are ready to enter into soup about / stewed vegetables. Spices and salt. Pun the soup with a blender until a creamy consistency. Serve soup with slices of pork slices and fresh herbs.
