Gaspacho soup

Gaspacho is a dish of Spanish cuisine. It is prepared from raw vegetables, duffed with a food combine or finely chopped.

How to cook gaspacho soup

Ingredients:

Canned tomatoes – 500 grams,

Eallest bread – 200 grams,

Garlic – 4 cloves,

Cucumber – 1 pc,

Onions – 1 pc,

Olive oil – 6 t. l.

Red wine vinegar – 4. l.

Paprika – 1 t. l.

Salt, black pepper,

Sweet pepper – 3 pcs of different colors,

Chili pepper – 1 pod,

Chilled water – 300 ml,

Ice – 12 cubes,

Toast.

Preparation:

Cut the crust from bread and chop it with a food combine.

Combine olive oil with vinegar and salt and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed. Mix with crushed bread and paprika.

Add chopped tomatoes with the next step and mix.

Grind onions and garlic in the combine, and cut the pepper and chili in large cubes. Cucumber, also cut into cubes. Combine and mix all the prepared products, adding salt and pepper to taste. The taste of the soup is sharp and refreshing.

Add strongly chilled water so that the soup is medium density.

Before serving, ice cubes are added, sprinkled with chopped herbs and, separately, croutons are served.
