Juicy beef steak with fried mushrooms, seasonings and herbs. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
1 + 1/4 h. l. Kosher salt
1/2 + 1/4 h. l. fresh black pepper
450 g of beef fillet with a thickness of about 2-3 cm
2 hours. l. olive oil
230 grams of mushrooms, chopped (any variety)
1 cup of beef broth
1 cup of dry red wine
2 cloves of garlic, finely wiped
340 g of spinach leaves
Preparation:
Heat a pan with a thick bottom over medium fire. Sprinkle with fillet with 1 teaspoon with salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, lay out in the pan, fry to the average fry, about 8 minutes, on both sides. Put aside, keep warm.
Pour olive oil into the pan, add mushrooms. Fry them for about 3 minutes, pull them out of the pan, keep it warm.
Increase the fire to high, add broth, wine and garlic to the pan, cook for about 10 minutes, until about half a glass of liquid remains in the pan. Tie the remaining salt and pepper.
Put the leaves of spinach in a deep bowl, pour 4 tablespoons of the cooked decoction with 4 tablespoons. Put spinach leaves on 4 plates.
Put several pieces of chopped steak in each plate, add mushrooms and pour the remaining broth mixture on top. Serve warm.
