Preparation technology:
1. Melt the sweet-hot oil and add ghee to pork fat and sugar there, let it cool a little. Add flour and chicken eggs there. Knead the dough, cover it with a kitchen with a thin towel and leave at room temperature for about an hour.
2. Lubricate your hands well with sunflower oil and make pieces in the shape of an egg from the dough. Lubricate the baking sheet also with oil and put the dough pieces on it. In the middle of each piece, make a small recess.
3. Heat the oven to 160 or 170 ° C and place a baking sheet there. Bake for about half an hour before the purchase of a pleasant golden hue. Then the baking should cool down a little.
4. For sauce: beat the yolk with sugar and gradually add boiled milk there. Make a water bath and warm the mixture to a thick state. After, add vanillin there and cool.
5. Put vanilla sauce in the cakes and decorate with sugary fruits before serving.
