Meat pie with Bulgarian pepper will be able to surprise your guests for any holiday. Everyone can cook such a pie, but not everyone can do it without a recipe that is described below.
Bulgarian pepper meat pie – the necessary ingredients:
Potatoes – 250-300 grams
Cream dough – 100 grams
flour – 200 grams
pork minced meat – 500 grams
onions – 2 heads
Bulgarian pepper – 3 pieces
sour cream – 70 grams
cream – 150 ml
Eggs – 3 pieces
tomato paste – 70 grams
salt, pepper, nutmeg, dried paprika, butter.

You need to turn boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes, then soften it with butter. Then pour flour into the shape of mashed potatoes, and then knead the dough. Lubricate the baking dish in advance, then evenly distribute the dough on it. It should take the shape of a plate with high edges.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Now you have time to prepare the filling. Cut the peeled onions into very small pieces, and fry in a pan until a soft state. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, cut all the seeds out of them, then cut into strips or large enough cubes. Place the pepper in the pan with onions and continue to fry them for about four to five minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the resulting mixture in a separate container. Fill a little oil into the pan (if necessary), heat it, then lay out the meat. Fry the minced meat so that there are no lumps left in it. 10 minutes on the stove is enough to bring the meat to a readiness state.
Try minced meat and, if necessary, pepper and salt. Mix the fried mixture of pepper and onion with minced meat, add a little nutmeg and paprika to them. Try the filling, and if necessary, add salt. In some versions of this dish, the adding of dill is allowed. Put the resulting filling in the form in which you have already baked the dough.
To prepare a special sauce, break the eggs into a shallow container and shake them. Then mix eggs with cream, sour cream and tomato paste. Be sure to add pepper and salt, then mix the resulting sauce. Pour them meat and vegetables.
Put the shape with the future pie in the oven for half an hour. For preparation, there will be enough temperature of 180 degrees. Eliminate the dish from the oven, let it relax for a while, after which it will need to be removed from the form.
Tomato juice is quite suitable for this dish. Pie can be used as a table decoration during any festive lunch or dinner.
