I want to offer you a wonderful Easter wreath, which can be put in a basket to consecrate like Easter. My children love him very much because he is very interesting and tasty, and in it the filling is for different tastes. To prepare this wreath, we need:

Milk – 250 ml;

Yeast. If dry – 7 g, raw – 30 g;

Eggs – 3 pcs;

Sugar – a glass of 200 g;

Butter or margarine – 100 g;

Vanilla sugar – 2 tea tables;

Flour – from about 500 g to 1 kg;

For the filling, you can take a choice, what you like: nuts, poppy, zukat, raisins, thick jam, apples ..

There should be three types of fillings.

Cooking process.

We heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Add only 250 grams. flour, stir, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place. Divide yolks and proteins. Smat the yolks with vanilla sugar and with a glass of sugar, and proteins with salt in foam. Salt is a pinch.

In our dug, which has already grown up, add yolks, proteins and softened oil and knead everything. But do not heat oil. Add flour the one that remains and knead the dough, so that it is not cool, but also lags behind. Put the dough again to grow up.

Now we are accepting for the manufacture of the Venochka itself. For the filling, I took walnuts, raisins and poppies. True, here I bought a poppy filling, but you can do it myself.

And so … finely chop the nuts or chop. Rinse and dry. Well, we have a poppy. The dough that has already suited well, divide into three parts and roll each in a strip. We spread the fillings and wrap it in tubes. From tubes – weave rolls weave. From the pigtail we form a wreath, which we spread on a baking sheet, greased with oil or lined with paper. In the middle we put some kind of refractory shape. We do this so that our recess remains, so that then you can put something there.

For example, eggs, meat or plate with butter, or cheese Easter.

We bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Put only in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 – 40 minutes.
